Inner Peace is something which everyone seeks. But have you ever thought what is it and how do you actually achieve it. Let us try and understand it.
What is Peace ? Why do you seek Peace? For understanding this, you would need to explore the depths of the question.So lets start discovering.
What is the Opposite of Peace? It is disharmony/discord. Right! You might be thinking why are we discussing opposite of peace.Trust me and bear with me [please (^_^)]! We are going to discover something really interesting here!!!
Now consider this thought,
When is it that you realize you are in absolute need for peace.Have you ever thought.Kindly think and reflect on the answer.
It is when your life is in serious discord/disharmony. Isn’t that true?
Ok , Lets have an analogy here!
When do you feel the most hunger/hungry? when you are on fast.Got it.
Similarly, when there is discord/disharmony ; that is when you realize you need peace.
Now probably you can answer the question:
What is peace? It is nothing but absence of disharmony/discord/noise.
On the same lines:
What is inner peace.?
Absence of inner discord/disharmony/noise. When you are free from the inner noises, you have peace of mind.
Until here, we have discovered what peace is. Now if we go ahead and challenge to question what causes these disharmony/discord, you will know the causes and how to eliminate them.
Ultimately, you would have found out how can one achieve inner peace.
What Are These Inner Disharmony/Discord??
Disharmony occurs when there is no union between your mind, body and soul. These happens at different levels according to levels of existence.
At the level of Mind ——— Thoughts are the prime discord/noise
At the level of Body———-Health related issues causes disharmony.
Harmony is made if these two levels are sorted. Things get automatically in place at the level of soul once these are in harmony. To a certain point most people harmonize the body but they struggle at maintaining harmony with their thoughts.
People are a victim of their own thoughts and overthinking.Useless thoughts created every sec of the day creates a noise internally.Continuous non-stop narrations , monologues, dialogues which we call thinking happens all the time.
What we call inner peace is nothing but a moment wherein you are devoid or free from this internal noise.
Solutions: Ways to Inner peace
Once you find out the causes, it’s not difficult to find the solutions. All we have to do is find some ways you can eliminate the causes.
